I was at Costco on Sunday getting gas and I meet a guy filling up who's the original owner of a 2004 CL55 Silver with Ash interior with only 9,200 miles. The car is fully loaded parktronic, keyless go, distronic, auto trunk. Got to talking with the guy and looking to sale it he's buying a new M6. He said would let it go for $53K plus if I wanted since he's the original owner he could extended to factory warranty 3 more years to 4/2012 for $2,200 .
That's $55,200 should i pull the trigger?

BAD 2005 CL55 Pewter E imports 4 Less
I went to auction in DFW one 2005 CL55 Silver didn't like the looks of it.
Today I also spent $200 bucks to inspected a 2005 CL55 from E imports 4 less in the Autotrader.
I had agreed to purchase the Super Clean 1 owner car for $43,000
The CL55 has 40,200 miles Pewter fully loaded looked great in the pictures.
I had Keenan MB inspect the car. It had a laundry list of problems: keyless not working, TPC not coded, cracked windshield, 3 bent rims, one tire had a cut in the sidewall, all air filters dirty, considerable paint work, front facia damage.I can on.......
Needless to say I CANCELLED the deal.
I'm going MB certified!! I'll keep you guys posted.
