FRONT FOG LIGHT HID CONVERSION UPGRADE QUESTIONS
We are about to change our stock fog lights and convert them to HID, how do we access the fog lights? Do we have to take the bumper off? What is the best way to get at this?

i've done this on my 04 CLK 500, i'm guessing that most benzes are similar, the easiest wat is to jack the car up take off the front wheel and remove the inside panel, it's usually 3-4 screws and 4-5 push pins. and bamm the foglight unit is right there.

If you are replacing with true HID's, you are gonna have to install ballasts. This is going to trip the computer and you will get a fog light out error message on the dash. C2 design in tampa is looking into some resistors to keep the computer from tripping. I dunno if he has found the right ones yet but I will keep you posted...
