Benz has all-new DI All-Aluminum Twin-Turbo V-12, called M295?

Has anyone else heard of this new all aluminum Direct Injection twin-turbo V-12 that Benz has already? In a Car magazine article it is said that Benz offered this engine to BMW for a joint engine program in exchange for getting some future potent turbo 4 cylinder engines from BMW to put in C classes, but so far no deal has been finalised yet.

I'm assuming this all new V-12 is the engine replacement for the 600 and 65 model cars after 2010?

The power it produces must be monstrous to say the least....
