Notice the S its more wider the edges while the CL500 goes straight done like a square.

I dont even think it will be long enough to fit the S.

And the CL55/65 is even more different the CL500, but looks closer to the S500 though in terms of the line fitting(edges)

The diffuser we are having made is for a 2003 and newer CL AMG bumper which is the 3rd pic you posted which is wider like the S. The only reason it will fit the 02 CL is it can be trimmed down to size. The S is even closer in fit than an 02 CL.

Just to confirm guys, we are starting a similar project with the E63 now. Pricing will be confrmed at $900+ shipping per diffuser for 10 orders.

I approached Neal with this project a while back and he figured @ 15 pieces the price would ( roughly ) be $500.00. You have to expect the price of the order to go up in cost if we only order 10. I am hoping to get 15 but by the looks of it we may not and we should be able to hit 10 and we only need 2 or 3 more to do this. If we do put the order in @ 10 is everyone that is on the list ok with the cost being more? Or should we wait and try to get 15? I just really want to get this order started so we can have this product and ready to install on are cars for the summer. let me know what you all think.

I think we need someone with access to a w220 to make some cardboard cutouts and test to see the size differences..... please.

are there any design drawings for the W215?

It is going to look very similar to the picture I posted on this thread April 9.

I was told it wont fit a NON-AMG bumper because its not 2 peice.

Look at E55 and CL55/65 Bumper

They are 2 pieces.

But the S500/CL500/e500 is one peice nothing to clip the Diffuser onto.

Technically yes. But Jay told me that the stock CL65 diffuser will fit just fine with the use of double sided 3m tape? I think he had it installed on his 500 but not sure. Would it work like that?
