CL65 AMG
ipod connection to 2005 CL65
There have been a number of post on this subject, seemingly not relevant to the AMG. I checked both the "knock-outs" in the glove box, but no aux connector.
Command center has radio Sirrus, cd, 6 stacker CD, but no aux button. Tried holding the cd buttons for 3 to 5 secs to see if the aux option even came up, nope. --- so, I've tried most of the common solution options the other models claim to work
Now we get into the more challenging -- eg pulling the passenger kick panel off, or the dealer ($$$$$). Has anyone actually had a success with locating the aux cable on a W215 car, and if so, where?

thanks, the integration kit is $900 from MBZ, and has had a number of complaints of low volume and poor clarity. I discussed with a local shop, and got the "we are not sure." It could be a connection from the trunk CD, or possibly in the passenger kick panel. He wasn't much help.

The iPod thing isn't AMG specific so search the W220 and W215 forums. Plenty of threads on this issue there. The '05s don't have an AUX output.
