Considering a CPO CL55..
Am I safe to buy it sight unseen and have it shipped to me knowing it is backed by the MB CPO program? Clean carfax, pristine condition in pictures.

a CPO 2006 CL55 with 40K miles listed for $44k.
Flint Grey, charcoal interior, keyless go, parktronic, satellite radio, power trunk closer. Extended warranty available. Very tempted, and I think I should be protected by the CPO status, but just wanted opinions from the veterans of this forum.
