need help with a 03 cl55

need help with a 03 cl55

hey guys i have a 03 cl55 amg. i put the led side marker and liscence plate lights in and had no problems. i cant get the led reverse lights to work though. has any1 tried? also i have the led city light for the front headlights and i have no friggin clue how to get to it. do i have to pull the front bumper off to get the headlights out? and my last question is if i put a hid kit in the fog lights and high beam hid kit do i need any special resistors or capacitors? thanks for any help.

yes, you have to remove bumper to access DRL but i've also heard of people managed to squeeze their hand and access it from the hood...

Did you have to install resistors for the side marker and license plate lights?

side markers and liscence plate lights no they were fine. But i cant get the reverse lights to work. Any suggestions?

I pulled the high beam bulb out for clearance, then used a small screwdriver to pry the smaller bulb loose. It's pretty tight at first, but once you get it started it comes right out.

OK I GOT IT people.. thanks to every1 for the help especially starpower. it literally took me 10 minutes i pulled the high beam bulb out and popped the citylight right out. i installed these led bulbs and man the car is sick. once i put in the hids in the fogs i will take pics and post for all to see. i would still love to figure out how to get the reverse lights to work though

Where did you order the LED bulbs? I got ones for my license and ones for my city lights. The license ones made the 'lights out' message in the dash and the city lights didn't even fit (the leds were too big for the holes).

And how did you replace the blinkers? Are there screws from inside the bumper?
