Hey all,
so Im trying to decide between getting an 08 CL65 or 09 CL65. Besides it obviously being one year newer are there any changes made to the interior or additional features available for the 09 model year since the exterior is basically the same. Basically...why spend the extra money for an 09 if an 08 is basically the same car. thats my question

Every 2009 or newer CL65 I have seen, comes with the split spoke "performance package" wheels. I think the 2008's came with "regular" 5 spoke AMG wheels and the split spokes were optional. Other than that they are the same.
Being 1 year newer is important as far as warranty placed in service date and possible considerations as far as resale value.

I would get different wheels either way so its not a big deal to me. Unfortunately the 08's are out of warranty now and trying to find someone who can hook me up, then i'll see if its worth it to buy an 08 with no warranty vs an 09

How many miles on the '08? The first '08's that came over here came mid-2007, so if the mileage is below 50K, they should still be covered.

it has 13,559 but it says no warranty. should it have one? what is the standard warranty that comes with them?

Are you here in the U.S.? MB NA has a 4 year 50K mile warranty. It is very rare that a car wouldn't have a warranty, unless it was a salvage car. Even 65's with replaced engines/transmissions due to aftermarket parts have a warranty on the rest of the vehicle, except for the powertrain.
