CL55 Service Schedule:
Hello everyone, I'm Looking into buying a used CL55 in the future. I did a search and i didnt find anything directly linked to my question. What is the service schedule for these cars (ex. 100k, 200k mile service etc.)? Also, I know the suspension is a frequent issue with this car, but i have also heard that the drivetrain has some issues as well. What should i look out for and what should i expect in the future? thanks

100k miles service should include spark plugs. Routine maintenance is similar to the other cars you already have. Other issues that are 55k and CL specific are ABC suspension, intercooler pump, etc. You'll go through engine mounts much faster.

Routine maintenance
At 5years or 50k miles do the brake fluid, coolant, both belts and plastic tensioner pulleys, OEM plugs, B service equivalent, fuel filter, and examine all ABC lines. Also replace the transmission filter, fluid, and clean the pan and magnet.
Also the cabin air filters and the charcoal filter if I use the latter frequently.
I do the brake and coolant every 20k miles.
Wash the underside of the body frequently.
Pull the wheels and clean the insides of the wheels.
Remove the standoffs of the high pressure lines under the chassis, examine, paint and or replace if rusted.
