CL63 High Beam Headlights inactive below 70mph
Are all W216 CLs configured in the factory to only activate the driving lights (second projector lens inside of the bi-xenon lamp) when the car travels in a reasonably straight line at 70mph for at least 1000m? That is exactly what the manual says, so the additional driving lights only come on with High Beam on deserted motorways!
What utter nonsense. That means that we almost never get any use out of half the illumination built into this car!
Has anybody figured out how to re-program or re-wire the headlights, so that all four will come on at High Beam?
