Question CL65 dyno questions

Well, going to dyno the car this weekend on a dyno dynamics dyno. I plan on putting it in dyno mode but have a few questions:

1) How do you put it in dyno mode?
2) Best gear to run (3rd maybe?)
3) Any other hints/tips?
4) Best PSI

I'll post up numbers, pics and maybe a vid, too. Hoping to hit about 500rwhp or so. Put new pilot sports on last weekend so that should help.

turn the key to power on (dont start)
hit the reset button 3 times until UV:13 pops up
hit the menu until the word dynomometer pops up
arrow up or down and your safety nets shpuld be disabled

i could be wrong on some of this as i have not tried since last may, but i can always go to the garage and recheck if you come into some trouble.
4th gear. hammer it down just before hitting the kickdown button under the pedal. if you mash the gas it will down shift and screw the run
btw, how are new tires going to help on the dyno numbers?

mistake i made was not telling my dyno guy to hook up the boost gauge so you know your boost presssure. so make sure you hook that up and let me know what your boost is stock becuase i cant boost over 15psi stock is around 1.5 bars - 22psi MAX

and another tip maybe it might help.... after your first dyno run.. count how many runs it takes intill your coolers get hot and the power starts dropping est. 10-15 hp on the run... just for refrence, based on if your pump is good or not. or if your racing some one you know after 3 runs you start loosing power... i lost about 20hp from first run to 3rd run. which i had a feeling i was heat soaking then

if they have not ran a powerful mercedes on there dyno before make sure they block/chock/strap the car really good becuase this monster mercedes has allot of TQ and will want to jump off the dyno... its not a 140 hp 98 TQ honda

The new tires will help because the old ones were worn so bad traction would have been an issue! They run high HP cars alot. They had a guy run his SLR not too long ago. I'll make sure he hooks up a boost gauge. Where are you pulling vacuum at for that? What about the tq hook up?

(CL65) make 158 more torque then the slr so im sure there wont be a problem but better safe then sorry, my car almost came off the dyno...

for boost you will find a 5 inch vacume line going from the passenger side aftercooler thats on top on the engine. you willl see this vacume line that goes from the aftercooler to the pressure sensor so all i did was tap in to that line with a T-fitting

Does dyno mode also turn off the self leveling suspension? Last thing I want to happen is the car gets strapped down and it wants to raise itself up damaging the suspension.
