Thumbs up Just Test Drove a CL55!

First let me thank a very good friend of mine at HOI for letting me test drive this CL55 masterpiece!

Impression

As i get into the driver seat i adjusted the seat and mirrors and can't wait to stomp on the gas. First i started of slowly and then once we saw a good straight road with no cops i just hammered it and all i can say is and . For a 4000+lbs car this car is pretty nimble and the acceleration will just put you back to your seat. As we get closer to the traffic light i tested the brake as i was going at about 80-90mph and must say that the 8-piston brake is just amazing. So after the traffic light i just had to go around that straight road again and stomp the gas all the way and it's just a feeling that will just make you .

The interior of the car was also great but didn't really pay much attention to that since i was hammering the gas and enjoying how smooth the acceleration was and the shift change is also very smooth.

My overall impression of this beast is . The CL55 i test drove was a used 03 Black.

For someone who is looking for a cruiser ou should consider this one!

Well kind of . Actually having driven a kleemann 55k car and this AMG it's almost 2 different experience. It's pretty hard to say but it feels like the AMG's are smooth accelerating and the Kleemann system is just a total brute force when it comes to flooring acceleration. But either way it felt pretty good!
