My engine temp has been staying at about 95 (maybe 1-2 needle lengths under 100). I have only had the car (2005 CL65) about 2-3 months, and haven't paid attention to the engine temp before, but seem to remember it hanging out around 80 before.

I did have a check engine light but brought it into the dealer and they replaced the IC pump. Haven't had any lights since then, but I just want to make sure that temp is normal.

Right mixture of OEM antifreeze will help bringing it down. If you are not at bumper to bumper traffic on a hot day then that is high!

My CL600 runs just over 80 on the gauge most of the time, never even close to 90, I live close to the coast in So Ca.

What's the "right mixture?" Or should I just bring it by the dealer?
