Yes that is correct, they will attach to the bottom of the side skirt similar to these

I don't mean to be rude but what the hell are you talking about. We are not simply doing a side skirt replica in carbon, also even if we were how would that account to $200 if we are overlaying the stock side skirts? Wouldn't we need to factor in the cost of the stock side skirts then? Please show me where you can purchase a "kit" that allows you to manufacture carbon fiber side skirts to be reproduced? The cost of material to do overlay one set of skirts is over $200, plus the cost of time.

You are more then welcome to post your pictures of your factory overlayed side skirts and once completed we'll post our picture of our custom designed side skirt extensions.

Don't mean to take over but yes that is correct. You are able to pretty much carbon fiber anything. Yes it is a process to complete but for 1k it's worth it. I understand your price due to material and time but if we were all given the option to send our stock side skirts we could all have atleast $500.

This the same concept I'll be doing. Unless your are creating a new design of something molding is required. I'll be first doing my mirrors. As far as where I got the product, I got it through my friend. Shops get it for a way cheaper price. We all have friends, hook up I would think. Ask them about it... If they are pros they know

That's how I envisioned them to be. Awesome. Just as a suggestion, I think on the factory AMG side skirts where it twists going towards the back

if you made like a flare going outward with the twist. I think that would give it a nice aggressive stance and make it look wider when looking at it from all angles. Something unique but would look original.

Do you mind giving us an insight of what kind of direction you're going with these side skirt attachments?
We've seen the other Euroteck finished carbon pieces before we got our W215 pieces done. We know how great a diffusor or a rear lip spoiler comes out from your company and what kind of designs you guys go far as it's been done on other AMG chasis before the CL.
How's this skirt going to be designed? Have you ever done any other skirts? Just curious

The mock up that we are going with are closer to the SLK extensions and these

It will definite flare out near the rear

We'll of course share the actual mock up with the community to get your input before the extensions go into production.

Of course we are designing something new that no one has produced yet, i believe you are confused on what we are actually providing here. WE ARE NOT producing a carbon fiber version of the OEM side skirt, what we are providing is a side skirt extension.

Sorry to say, but if you have not been a part of any group buy of a product for the w215 by euroteck. You wouldn't understand what The finish product is. I have ask Neal n started a few of these group buy for the w215 member and so far we have done 3 group buy in a year. Something got to be right cause we keep on coming back for more. Once in a while we get a few member that say, "you are getting rip off, its easy to make , doesn't look nice and so on". Please if you can do what euroteck can do , I would love to do a group buy with you guys. Please let the PRO do their job and no wannabe.

Thats Great. i mean this is it . This the future for the cars. Carbon fibers are strong, light and they change the shape as per their condition. By using Carbon fibers to cars the aerodynamics of car is improved by 25%.

I kinda feel let down with this group buy TBH. We didn't get ANYTHING (status, mold, design) to this day. I have no idea where Euroteck is with this group for these carbon fiber side skirts, nor when we can even expect a picture of them, let alone receive them. Just frustrating, especially since I love the whole R&D and creation part of stuff like this. I thought this GB was gonna go as smoothly as the previous ones, sucks it's not. Jai (Euroteck MS) is not a big poster, his last log in was about a month ago (which was the last time we even heard from him) :/

I even tried calling, most recently today, and every time I call Euroteck Motorsports 1(866)-950-7779, I never get an answer and it goes to voicemail.

I did try to call also but got no answer. Hopefully we get a update on where this group buy is heading. I don't mind waiting but at least a update here and there would be great. I think if Neal was still running the group buy we wouldn't be in this position and typing this. Cross my finger.

Exactly. All good things come to those who wait, and I don't mind waiting either, but all these months and nothing
Neal was great at giving us pics, molds, updates, and due dates from all of our previous W215 group buys, so I hope he checks into this thread and remembers we all paid and are eagerly waiting. I'm about to PM him

Gentleman, the last update that was provided was that we would be able to update in roughly 3-4 weeks which honestly is right about now. I will post some pictures by Wednesday for you, however this is not a simple replica piece, or even a slight modification to a stock piece. This is a brand new piece that needs to be fabricated from thin air. Once it is fabricated we need to test fit the design on the factory side skirt that we currently have purchased.

the number you have is correct, however have you bothered to leave a message? How would you like us to know that you have called and we have missed your call if you do not leave a message? Leaving a message when we are not able to answer the phone would assure you a returned call.

Another great idea if I may suggest would be to actual PM me as to Neal, as all Neal would do is PM or email me. This would help reduce any potential delay in communication.

Once again i did not find any messages on our voicemail from over the weekend of the CL 215 side skirts, if you do call a message would increase the possibility of a returned call 100% Without a message, once again how would we even know that you have attempted to call us.

Regardless PHOTOS are coming !!! thank you for your patience.

There you are! I thought PMing you wouldnt really do much as I saw you didnt log in for a month. All is good and I understand that these are made from nothing and must be patient. So Wednesday we'll get pics? Cool, really looking forward it. In your opinion, do they look really good? When you thinking we can start expecting these? Thank you
