Hey all,

coming from a E55 and using this forum, Ive become used to so much info being available for my car...Since my new purchase of the CL63 I can find nothing!

Seems like its just W215 guys here, which is great, but just not for me! lol


If im wrong please let me know, or perhaps we should have a sub-section?

Was looking to do so much to my car, styling, perfomance and even the 2011 facelift in the summer!!!

Need the community!!

I feel like there's not enough people doing stuff to the W215 CL, which to this day is a rare car. Let alone the new body style... You have to look at the demographics of people who buy the CLs. It's marketed for definitely over the 45+ year olds. And how many are actually messing with them?

Modding types are usually younger folks, and as I'm sure you've realized, most younger folks can't afford the 216 yet, let alone mod it. As it comes down in value you'll see more chatter about it and aftermarket support too. Obv there is stuff out there, but its pretty limited and uber expensive.

I bought my 03 215 when I was 20 it was 2 yrs old and the same was true then. I wanted to mod, but the forum section was generally older owners discussing common problems/issues. Give it some time, when the 216 becomes more attainable you'll see more threads....

If you're looking for performance mods I'd check out some of the other forums. The C63 seems to have a much larger mod community, and most of the performance mods should carry over to the CL.
