I don't thinks it's magnetite based on the pictures I've seen of the color. hmmm..

Pretty sure that's Magnetite Black. I own a 2011 CL63 AMG of the same color. Depending upon the light it can appear to be anything from black to a deep, metallic grey. Great color, tons of depth.
