How can the e90's M3 add a supercharger and a few other things and get 775 at the crank, and we can't ?

Oh you can. The block is rated for around 1000hp. Most people just add a smaller pulley on the oem charger for bang for buck. If you really wanted to throw money at it, take out the supercharger and run a twin turbo setup.
