Thumbs up Plasti-Dip

So there was a big meet in southeast Louisiana called the Lake Front Meet. Happens once a year. Didn't have time to get new rims or have them refinished so I plastidipped them. Didn't turn out too bad, but I plan on having them re-finished dark bronze with a piano black lip. OEM CL65 rims. That and some lowering links will be very soon.

Love these cars:

LS460L

S550

Here's a link to the meet:

The CL65 rims cannot be improved upon. No color compliments them like the Gunmetal color they came from the factory. I don't think you should've Plasti-Dipped them, luckily it comes off easy. If you like it tho, keep it, you're the one who needs to be happy. You did a good job at least. Nice 65

I respectfully disagree. I like bronze. However, when I bought the car someone had already refinished them in a very dark grey (almost black) and they were flaking off. That combined with some curb rash caused me to plasti-dip them. Like you said, I can take it off without a problem.
