W215 engine misfire and vibration

2007 CL500 W216
W215 engine misfire and vibration
Hi GURUS,Expoerts, I have a 2001 CL600 W215 having a very bad engine vibration, I have dont the below but still having the same vibration,
1. I have changed both coil packs,
2. Fuel filter.
3. sparks.
4. Air filter.
ALL NEW genuine parts,,
Actually when I have changed both coils, it ran fantastic for a week then became vibrating again, each time I disconnecting the battery it becoms very powerful without any vibration, but after driving for like 15 to 30 mins it become vibrating,
What makes it vibrating after sometime, little bit strange behaivior,
Please help me in what to do now to solve this issue, what should I do further,
