Hi

I am considering purchasing a used E55 (W211), SL55 (R230) or a CL55 from around the 2004 era. Would anybody know which of these cars has the smallest space for the driver and which has the largest space for the driver?

I have driven a 2004 CLK55 but find them just a little too small for me in the drivers seat (yes I am a big guy).

CL will have the most space, especially adjusting the steering wheel and leg length, e55 will be in the middle and SL definelty the tightest.

CL has more hip room and less leg room if you have long legs.

For the CL being a big car, there isn't much head room in the front. I have my seat lowered all the way and probably have an inch of head room. That's seated normally and not "gangsta lean".

Well after test driving all 3 cars on at least 2 separate occassions I found the E55 the easiest to get in and out of and the E55 to also have the most amount of headroom. As you could imagine I purchased an E55.
