Do you have the factory telephone system? If so you can get a Mercedes Bluetooth puck.

The 2003 should have an AUX (located on the right side inner glove box wall).

I got to drive around in a 2012 CLS550 recently, and that bluetooth streaming was seriously the one option that had me instantly sold...I loved it so much!

Is the Mercedes bluetooth puck the only way to get music streaming through my speakers? I know from 03 to 04 they re-wired everything into fiber optics. Not sure if that has anything to do with it cause I dont have a AUX on the glove box
