Anybody with knowledge on wheel offsets would like to let me know if this offset 20x9.5-1 20x11+5 would fit on a w215?

Wow...
The fact that you can't pull the front fenders hurts.
You would need a good amount of camber to pull it off. And perhaps 225 front tires and 245 rears.

Sure he can make it fit and work but unfortunately it will look like this:

The fronts will be past the fender approximately 35mm and the rear will be about 2 inchs or 50 mm past the fenders. Its beyond stretching the tires, pulling fenders...
