Is it hard to take off front fenders?

So Im thinking about shaving my front fenders so that my wheels won't rub anymore every time I make u-turn's. Im deciding wether or not to take off the fenders that way its easier for me to do or just leave them on my car and take off my wheels and just stick my head in and work that way. Is it possible to remove the fenders without removing the bumper? If anyone has done this before, please let me know if its hard or not or if theres a DIY on it. Thanks!

Roll the fenders with them attached to your car. It will be a lot easier. Fender rollers are designed to be mounted to the hub making a perfect sweep across the lip. How are you going to do this with the fender taken off and laying on the ground?

The fenders are plastic, and cannot be rolled.

LOL. That's good to know. I heard rumours they were plastic but could never confirm this. I think with enough heat and time, you could roll the plastic fenders. I don't want to try nor do I need to, but the op can try and report back.

What OKC said, the fenders are plastic so it can't be rolled. Im planning on cutting the lip using a dremel tool. Anyone know if its possible to take off the fender without taking off the front bumper? If its too much work, Im just going to leave the fender on and work from there.

There is a good chance on an older car if you start cutting the plastic the paint to start peeling.
