Power Steering Whine Grone

I added more power steering (Mercedes hydraulic) oil and it made the groan go away, its pretty quiet now with low speed steering.
Never had to add any before and noticed the groan getting louder, and it was low.
Just curious where the oil goes thru time, there is no leak any where..

Anyone know?

Did you replace your tandem pump recently?

I think the first owner had it replaced under warranty when it was younger.

I'll watch the level for now and look for leaks again.
What's the filter interval?

Most leaks you won't see on the ground because of the tray under the car catches it. Then when you drive it comes out the back and sprays the under neath of the car. OP, pull the plastic tray under the car to see if there is oil captured in there.
