Hi guys

Does anyone knows why isn't my SAT radio showing up as an option to select in command? Dealership checked my received and said it was working but other than that I don't really know what's going on with it...

I am having the same problem on my 04 CL55. I just bought the car and never subscribed for XM and I would like to, but the car won't let me. When i push the SAT button it just says no SAT available. It does not give me the option to sign up or anything.

Anyone knows how to do this??

Sounds like SAT needs to be coded in the fiber ring with the workshop computer.

Quick update... it was the control module (receiver)... finally have my sat radio back. They did a good will gesture and only charged me $680 to fix it.
