On the C215 the blower motor is behind the glovebox and covers. This means removing the glove box and the covers off, a few screws, and it unplugs right off the blower and there is where it is. Maybe try cleaning it off to see if something is stuck in there first?
That's a relief, I see BMW in my Indy shop, and just to get to the condenser they have remove the dash. Thanks, t take your suggestion and clean it first.
Well, the next day blower was blowing. Work for a couple of days then went out again. Next day it was again working.? Mystery to me.

you need to remove the lower panel of the dash on the passenger side, in the foot well. If you decide to change the filters that is behind the glove box. Pretty easy job
