Front of car raises when driving and lowers back down when at a stop

So I've noticed that my car lowers whenever Im at a complete stop but only because it raises up while driving. I had my friend drive my car and I was driving his and I notice that the front only raises. It looks ugly!! Anyway, my boy told me that the front raises because its not even with the back. I don't know if this is true or not but is there any way I can fix this problem?

How did you lower the car? Links? Module?

you need to get your car on an alignment rack and check that all four corners are level and at that point check with das what the ride height sensors are reading and make adjustments if needed so they read within specs.

if that checks out, i would suspect your accelerometers.

check also for abc fluid level and leaks.

my guess though is that your car ride settings are mangled up and a height calibration is in order.
