Chris,
My caliper covers look rather yellowed and some of the AMG letter paint has come off. I have a 2008 S65 but noticed that you managed to find the replacement parts for your CL65. Do you happen to have part #'s for those brake caliber covers for a S65 2008?
Thanks! Cool CL. I would have difficulty parting with the original interior, the brown leather and wood are nice!

Hey, my 2011 CL63 (same color) has those yellow ugly side markers in the headlight units. How did you get rid of those during the swap? Do CL65s not have those yellow side markers? Mine are so ugly, it's like white light all the way around each headlight, but then on the "curve up" part it's yellow. ):

looks beautiful, i personally would of not added the CF pieces on the front bumper it kinda looks out of place and kept the wheels that you have on the S class... other than that looks gorgeous and well done on the conversion... ohh and that rear spoiler is BAD A$$

I Think they will look cool later on since I am changing the chrome center front lip to carbon also.
The S-class Wheels looks to comon these days. Everybody do concave and that I dont want.

Dang Chris, good job man.
White truly is the best color they came in, in my opinion.
Carbon fiber looks s good on it too. I even like the front lip spoiler.
Wheels are OK. On a white car., those rims are do-able.

Chris, you mentioned the seat covers...is there a particular place thats less epxensive to get the seat covers from?
Is there someone you know with an S600 looking to trade their dark burlwood bits for another color trim? I dont like my burlwood. Its too red/brown/orange for a black interior.
thanks. again, thanks for posting all the cool stuff you post, educating us regular joe's

I know that I am glad that you did post what you did man, it makes me feel very very comfortabe about swapping the fenders/hood/bumper/mirrior/trunk lid etc. I dont think Id want to trade in for a while, and if I did, I could just do the facelift.
thanks again for putting the pics and info out there man

is there a way to wire it so the headlight leds and lower grill leds and be illuminated without the actually lowbeams on? always thought it would look great during the evening. i would suggest a 20" with a good side wall. that rubber band looking tyre seems sketchy lol

Sure you can. Just hook them up to the parklights.
20" looks silly small on a 216. 21" would be the best fit but very rare size.
