I've got a "Big Red Race Valve" on my supercharged Jeep, so I think it is possible.
Here are some clips of it

Don't think it's possible on a positive displacement blower like the 55k uses. There is a bypass valve in the supercharger but it just routes the intake air to bypass the supercharger. You don't need a bov on a positive displacement blower when it is mounted properly. The internally mounted bypass valve does the trick.
As far as the Procharged Jeep, it uses a centrifugal blower and has a bov. The bov on the Jeep serves a purpose. It blows off extra boost when the car is under vacuum condition to help with mileage and heat. It also relieves pressure on the throttle body and blower. Without the bov, the shock wave created from the throttle body slamming shut will eventually damage the blower. The bov releases that shockwave to the atmosphere. Yeah, you get a cool sound but it also necessary on some applications.

Will not work, the car basically has two(bov's) One being a bypass valve under the throttle body and the second being the sc clutch. I KNOW bov's sound cool but the reality is that they are used as a safety.
