Looking to buy an 05-06 CL65
Soooo I was noticing how the 05-06 CL65's are tanking and I wanted a good project car to mess around with the engine with tunes and to have a 4 seater when I'm not driving my SL. Is there anything I need to look out for in the 05-06 CL65s?

I put in new coil packs (new part#s), spark plugs and got a ecu/tcu tune and its definely not like the day I bought it. Dr Banner to Hulk!
I haven't seen a good unmolested 05-06 by owner (non dealer) for sale in a while in SoCal.. Last I checked, a lot of Silvers..
Yes, a steal and excellent project car.. Fastest Lightest CL V12TT of all the CL65s.. 05-06's..
It's dated but I still enjoy it on the weekends, love the biturbo V12 engine

I sold my cl65 7mos ago and miss it, so I bought an 05 cl600 on an impulse buy.
V12tt as a ton of potential. My 65 had an extended warr and some good mods making 660rwhp. Plugs and brakes were pricey. So was running 100octane and $1k reg renewls. Keeping heat soak down, getting traction under 50mph and wanting to blow a zo6's or vipers doors off to name a few other probs...
I may just sell the 600 as I went waaay off my future plans of buying another house.
