I was wondering....
Does anyone here actually use this thing? Do you just press pulse? I haven't really looked at the manual at all for this feature, but I pressed the button today and it really didn't do much for me.
Am I doing anything wrong? Do you guys like it? Just curious...

When you press pulse you will feel the air chambers in the seat back inflate and de-inflate in a series. I drove from Arizona to California in my 2001 CL55 and it did work well. Good for long trips for sure.
It is almost like the ventilated seats. You don't feel much but the effect is quite good.

My experience with my 02 and my 03 CL's is the same as Adam's. The massage is subtle, but effective, as is the seat ventilation. The seats in the 03 CL 55 are quite different and, IMO, much more supportive, than the non-amg seats in earlier versions fo the CL.

Where is the massage button located?
I havent used the feature so I am unaware.
I did change the lumbar - which is a noticeable difference but unaware of a button that does continuous massage.
Also - does anyone know how to increase the fan capacity of the ventilated seats? I find that the AC that comes out of it is minimal at best and doesnt work well enough for me.

The massage feature is activated by depressing the button labeled PULSE on the seat lower control pad. The same pad where you adjust the lumbar, etc.
As for the ventilated seats, the fan speed is not adjustable.

Adam, what happens when you have 1, 2, or 3 led's as I recall with the seat fans? Does this not change the speeds?
Yes, the speed is changed by the number of leds that are lit, however, I was trying to explain that you can not adjust the fan speed beyond the factory set feature.
I should have said, "As for the ventilated seats, the fan speed is not adjustable beyond the factory levels".
Thanks for the clarification.
