55 with ELM V2 questions

i just finished installing the V2 with remote...to start my fronts have stock links, my rears have adjustable, didn't get time to finish fronts.

will this affect the ELM and remote?

I have the typical; rear is set to lower on remote but it raises. ok, so i switched the 2 wires.....i thought i broke my strut it shot up so fkn high...clearly the 2 wires i switch didn't do jack???

My fronts lower just perfect using the remote again their on stock links.

So what's going on, is the rear wiring somehow wrong?
Is the car getting "confused" being that only the rear are on adjustable links?

and the manual didn't have anything on the remote, and im still lost as to what the "function" switch does on the ELM module?

And for those with links,V2 . What are you making the links lengthwise, what # are your knobs at on the ELM module?

If my memory serves me correctly, you have to swap the rear wires at both connections if that makes sense.
