CL55 AMG problems with ABS, ESP, Brake light?

CL55 AMG problems with ABS, ESP, Brake light?
Hi evrybody!

I got a litle problem with my CL55 2004, sometimes the car wont start (tried with KeyLess and with the key) but when im trying the the car start but i have some fault codes like ABS, ASB, ESP and the brake light is constant like im brakeing but im not. Then i turn the car of, tries again and it start without problems and no fault codes?

I have done a little reaserch and i think it is the Brake Light Switch, what do you think guys?

I hope for some answers from you.

Most of the times a car throws abc/esp codes I have found to be caused by weak battery. I would start by load testing your battery.
