Need help Problem with super charger belt.keeps flying off

Need help Problem with super charger belt.keeps flying off
CL55 with 180 ASP pulley has a belt wrap kit and all ASP pulleys.
Problem is this: every other week SC belt flies off. Any body had this problem?
I checked crank pulley and it's on right. Also when I switched to a smaller SC pulley belt was ridding one ridge over towards the front of the car. And kept shredding fast. Now went back to stock SC pulley but belt still flies off.
