2012 SRT8 Challenger
What should I look for in a used SL65?
Hi all. Just poking around the internet, looking for information on the SL65 cars. How much should a guy pay for one, what to look out for, etc. There is a black on black 2006 SL65 at a local dealer, with 33,000 miles that I was looking at. They are asking way too much, $51,000. What do you all think one is worth today? I would also consider a nice CL65, or even a CL55/SL55, but the same thing, need to know what to look for, and their current value. Kind of funny, but just turned 50 years old, and have never owned a foreign car! 
I currently own a 2012 SRT8 392 hemi Challenger, a 2007 Jeep SRT8 6.1, and a 2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 Viper truck. Just looking for a nice , fast, cool looking convertible or coupe, for the wife to drive on nice sunny days. Looking around, to me, it looks like a guy could get pretty good bang for the buck on a nice SL65? Way more sophisticated and faster than my Mopars?

starting in 05 or 06 I think the LX 'charger/magnum/300' platform share similar technologies with the mbz so your mopars are pretty much on par (minus turbo/sc). I had an 05 SRT10 truck and it just loved going sideways (too crazy).
