Im going to go out on a limb and say our cars are not setup for flex fuel. There would need to be an alcohol composition sensor so the ECU can compensate for the increased fuel demand. Filters, fuel lines, etc would also need to be rated for the corn. Then you would have to be concerned if the injectors and fuel pump were up for the task of of roughly 30% increased fuel flow.
With that being said E85 is the way to go for heavily modified forced induction motors. You have increased effective octane ratings as well as lowered intake charge temps. There are down sides to running E85 as well.
