Need help with SRS warning.

A couple weeks after purchasing the CL, the SRS light would pop up momentarily when I removed my seatbelt. The problem seemed to be that it wasn't retracting fully and light would pop up.

Now the light stays on and DAS says it's the buckle. I've replaced the buckle and the problem persists. Any suggestions?

on my car if the buckle is disconnected from the harness with the battery plugged in i have to have the light reset at the dealer or a shop that has auto logic. maybe yours is the same?

I had an issue with the SRS light on my cl65.. Reset it with star and it came back.. In my case it was the connectors under the seat.. I undid them all and applied contact grease and have not had an issue since (about 3 months ago)

Same issue and fix as eaks for my 05 cl65. Mine was about 9 months ago and has not happened since. My kids like to push the passenger seat all the way forward and I think that contributed to the problem.

With DAS mine shows the driver's side is connected at all times. Gotta be a short I think.

Are you referring to the box attached to the bottom of the seat with around 10 plugs, or the 3 harnesses under the floormats and carpet?

Ya mine was that connector.. I pulled everyone and used contact cleaner and reinstalled.. No issues.. Mine however was on the passenger side and das showed mine as a failed passenger occupancy seat sensor.. Worth a shot tho cleaning all the contacts
