New Bosche I/C Pump
The Supercharger is clutched, and is controlled by the ECU also.

If you drive around town without using harsh throttle it remains off. I also monitor my intake temperatures and they drop by about 20 degress when the pump engages.

Seems like there's no thermostat anywhere, which I think it's desirable (cooler = better I guess).
Cooling down 20º from "xº" seems a serious number, I'd think there must be some threshold somewhere?
In an attempt to better understand how it works, I wonder... what if air temp is already on the low side? Will it engage no matter what and, will it cool it further down those 20ºC (~40ºF)?

Was wondering if ECU or stand alone mechanical centrifugal clutch engaged the blower.
