I know this question has been asked plenty of times and I'm sure you're all tired of seeing it asked. I've tried to do as much research through this forum as possible before making this thread but the people who have the fitment I want, have different sized widths on their wheels. I was originally about to buy a CL500, but decided to go with a CL55. I thought that I had everything planned out as far as fitment goes, but after doing some research, I had noticed that a member of the CL55 board mentioned that the 55's have a wider axle, therefore the wheels with 35ET ended up sticking out past the fender. The fitment/look that I am after is the look that belongs to kamilclk430 or 1995E320Cab's car. I will be lowering the car also.

I also have a CL55, the offset for a 8.5 front is 44mm and the 9.5 back is 46mm.
Just remember that when it comes to offsets, the larger the number, the further in the wheel sits. The smaller the number, the further the wheel sticks out. anything within 2-3mm difference from 44 and 46 will be unnoticeable . Most C-class wheels fit on CLs as they are sometimes 45 offset all around too. I put a nice set of C class wheels and lowered my Cl55 K and it looks unreal!
