CL55, good deal or stay away?

Hey guys, my friend wants to buy this '03 Cl55 with 50k miles for 20k. 1 Owner, but it has A TON of maintenance work done, and not normal work.

Here is the link.

There are things from the A/C to paint, to suspension, transmission etc.

I personally think it's probably a guy who abused the hell out his car and fixed everything that broke. I'd stay away. What do you guys think?

Thanks!

Hard to say, even the best maintained CLs have maintenance records as thick as a phone book. 20K for an 03' is a little high IMO (even with only 50K miles).
What's funny is that you see a lot of these on used car lots just after the 50K factory warranty runs out-
I would not even consider buying this car without a thorough inspection by an impartial 3rd party Benz dealer and plan on purchasing an expensive extended warranty or lose your shirt on repairs.

These cars are fun but expensive to maintain and repair-
If you're wallet isn't up to it, move along..

He should go for Kamil's CL600. You can search for it on this site. It has all the repairs that would be expected and a lot of upgrades.
