Sharing my Stockish CL55 Dyno Run (video link)

This was my first Dyno Run in the CL55. I've had it for about 2 months now. It has the Bosch 010, Belt Wrap Kit and Secondary Cat Delete. That's all.

Car put down 446whp/506wtq on a Dyno Jet. I know a Dynojet reads about 6-10% Higher than a Mustang Dyno so the HP #s I understand, the Tq. #s I don't. With an 85% Drivetrain loss that's exactly 493hp but 560lbs. of torque. I'm not complaining. Just shocked honestly.

This was at the College Park Tuning Charity Event this afternoon. Had a lot of our crew from DMV Mercedes-AMG out today.

Wow! Nice dyno figures. The motor is definitely healthy. Our 06 CL55's are twins. Mine runs EC blower pulley, EC tune, EC I/C, BeltWrap, and K&N air filters. Haven't touched the exhaust.

Thanks guys appreciate the input and shares.

Principledchiro I just installed the EC 83mm clutched pulley tonight. That was a ***** to say the least. 2 strap wrenches broken. A pry bar and breaker bar broke my engine cover mount bar. JB welded that back on (ghetto I know, but there was a line exposed) remarkably it didn't drive any different with that open.

Regardless I called up EC Houston today and got their DIY and did it that way. But love the pulley and the tune. Even under normal driving the throttle response is there from just the tune. Love the work EC has done and definitely happy with the results. Methanol injection is next to buy. Have a H/E in the mail. Then maybe a full exhaust but can't explain how happy I am with the results.

Yes. the pulley and tune allows quicker throttle response, etc. but wait till you get to the mid range. Nailed at 80 mph is where these beasts live. Even at 100 mph then nailed, OMG !!
