Supercharger Seems Louder

Supercharger Seems Louder
I fired it up tonight and it seems that the supercharger is making more noise than usual. Sort of a louder whine. I may just be hearing things, but I'm not noticing any loss in power so im just wanting to make sure that there is no cause for concern.

Your bearing could be starting to wear some. Have you ever changed the fluid in your blower? I haven't done mine yet, but everything I read says that it will quiet them down quite a bit.

if you haven't changed the oil you should.

if it has never been done there will probably be no oil remaining.

I changed the oil. It made a marginal difference in noise.
