I have a new to me 2003 cl55 and I installed the 84-11-0-410-144 puck in the cradle. It's paired with my phone fine and my phone recognizes it but i'm getting an error message on my command screen in telephone screen. says error phone not plugged in and doesn't seem to show it's linked up. Am I missing a step? My V60 old phone in there has power and is fine when plugged into the cradle. I couldn't find anything in the search for this problem.
