Hey guys! New (to me) proud owner of a 2005 CL 55 AMG, pretty familiar with the M113 engine just not the M113k, previously had a C43 that I 55 swapped myself so i'm a bit of a DIY kinda guy.
Been having a few issues and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction
1. Misfire under WOT, if I drive normally there no misfires no CEL and car drives effortlessly, but If I stand on it about 4k rpm is starts to pop and misfire, ive hooked it up to my friends STAR tool and it said there was a misfire on cylinder 1 and 2 so I replaced both coil packs, its better but still misfiring under WOT, any ideas? thinking plugs and wires next.
2.Trunk leak, with the rain we just had in socal I noticed when I opened the trunk the water was not draining out of the gutters on the side, do I have to remove all the plastic liner on the sides to clean out these gutters? if not whats an easier way?
