2005 CL65 Fuel injector search
I did find a set (ECSTuning) and they are on their way

Wonder if there's a place that reports each injector specs
that way it might be easier to substitute hard to find ones
FWIW, the part number for bosch injector to match ours should be :
BOSCH 0 280 156 233.
I was worried about this even before I saw your story and plan to have my injectors cleaned by a professional fuel injector shop (they do ultrasonic cleaning). After much research and discussion with fuel injector techs, the most likely reason for a stuck injector is fuel gum getting caught between the pintle and not allowing it to close. In fact, if your car sits for long periods between driving, it is at a greater risk of injector sticking for this reason. As for our injectors, I had mine out and had the basket filter replaced with new seals at around 80k miles. The fuel injector shop said that the old basket disintegrated and was very brittle. Maybe the combination of long sitting as well as the new blended fuel.
In your case, you were actually lucky that this happened to you when you were stopped. What happens to many people is that they are driving on freeway etc and for a long period that stuck injector washes down the cylinder and the rings and cylinder wall fails. The engine would be kaput in that case.
I firmly believe that injector cleaning/replacement is very important on our cars given the insane price that a replacement engine would run.
