W216 CL 65 ECU/TCU Eurocharged Tune review and locations
Just installed the Eurocharged ECU/TCU tune combo on a 40th anniversary CL 65 and thought of give a review. As usual, Jerry at Eurocharged was super responsive and got the tuning done and turned around and shipped same day.
Removal and re-installation was very easy. ECU lives under the lid of the fuse box on the driver's side near the firewall. TCU is under the foot well board on passenger side. Had the both out in less than 15 mins.
Got them back today and installed. Wheel spin city under boost even with TC on. Torque limiters definitely gone! Pulls like a Star ship! Still getting trans to adapt, but shifts in manual and sport are quicker and firmer, but not harsh at all, keeping the character of class you want in a CL.
If you have a TT v12, and not tuned it yet.... What are you waiting for?? Get this done ASAP
