Doors will not unlock, Truck pops open just fine.

Doors will not unlock, Truck pops open just fine.
So, my locks on my door wont physically move up when I hit the unlock on the Key fob. Trunk opens fine though and all the lights flash. It's pretty dang cold out, but it's been cold all winter. random google searches mention a vacuum line? I'm lost here, any help would be appreciated.

I just bought the car and haven't had time to replace the physical key that the previous owner lost. Guess I'll just burn some sick time.
Update: 1 hour later, with some plug in room heaters pointed at the door seems to do the trick for now...
