CL500 (w216) rear window not going up to the end

CL500 (w216) rear window not going up to the end
Hi to all
i’m having this issue with my rear left window that is not going up completely, it blocks at 3/4 then when i release the button, it goes down around 10 cm, and to take it all up i need to take it up 1 cm by 1 cm. It always blocks in the same place.
Another issue is when i open front door, real window goes down but very little, 1cm gap instead of 3 and it goes up when i close the door so the black rubber is well worn and needs to be replaced, i bought it but need to solve the window issue before and dont know how to replace it, do i need to take out the window or can i do it directly ?

hope you figured it out. if its what i think it is, happens in all my benz' usually. roll the window up, and just hold the switch up, even if the window has closed. hold the switch for maybe 5 seconds after the window is closed.It should reset the window and work properly.
