Looking to tune my 2011 CL63
Hello all,
I am fairly new to this section of the forum, coming from the C63 world, I now own a beautiful CL63 2011 Biturbo;
I still have the C63 507 Coupe, weistec tranny, MHP headers, meth kit, ported polished heads, EC tune, etc, and now looking to tune and modify performance and looks for my CL63. I have an EC tune on order, but having a hard time to decide if I should get the full true M157 Boost Logic downpipe kit or just cut the cats out make it a catless downpipe for the tune? I'm afraid of the heat hurting the OEM downpipe as the aftermarket parts are coated / can withstand high temps.
Also trying to find some carbon swag for the whip but options seem super low. Anyone know of any places to get a carbon lip for the facelifted models? Even a trunk spoiler and carbon diffuser?
My goal with this car is to hopefully, one day swap out to pure turbos but I'm afraid of bending the rods as I've read some nightmare info about the M157 engine.
Hope someone can share some info and guide me in the right direction for finding the parts etc, thank you in advance.
