Problem with my 05 cl55 chalk trunk
Hi I am new to this forum, I am having an issue with my 2005 cl55 amg trunk it will not open and the small spare key does not open it either. It malfunctioned but I was still able to open it with the spare at one time but then it finally went out all together does anyone have any suggestions

There are many articles on this forum on this topic. I found them when I had the same problem. Using the small detachable key to open it is tricky. You have to turn it and push the button a certain way to get it to open. I am not sure exactly how to do it but is takes a few times to get it right. To get into the trunk other than that takes removing the tag holder and pulling on the release cables.
